Europe comes to New Orleans!

Beside working and hanging out with the team (Which consisted of homeless and children ministry, several trips to the juvenile detention center among other things), I have been continuing various construction projects on YWAM buildings and during free time I've been consumed with self-education; almost every chance I get I read, study and listen to audiobooks. Recently my interest have been in philosophy and apologitics. In some ways my obsession with learning has resulted in my being reclusive, but I know its just for a season. I am finding I now can read for long periods of time and I can read much faster (This is extremely exciting for me, because I hated reading while growing up; I was slow and had nearly no endurance and always struggled, but now I can read and read! Its so thrilling to observe that intentional forcing myself to read for extended periods of time finally paid off!)
